Beginner Salsa Class - Free taster - 3pm

Join our salsa classes in Maidenhead, where you will gain strong technique, confidence and a new community. All classes will focus on footwork (shines), working on a series of steps without a partner, where we develop coordination and balance, understanding of timing, weight shifting, body position and posture.

Beginners Salsa Class - 3:00pm

This class is for beginners (it means this is your first time into a dance studio) and for those who have been dancing for less than a year.

We will dance on footwork only so No partner needed. While on an advanced class the reason to focus on shines is to improve awareness of your body movement and improve the technique, in a beginner class focusing on shines instead of partnerwork guarantee a level of safety and body boundaries.

All classes are taught on2 timing (Eddie Torres timing). If you have any questions please contact me!

Free Parking on site - the first 11 spots are free, the following ones are reserverved to the staff.

*Please wear comfy clothes and salsa dancing shoes. If you don't have dancing shoes yet, please use socks instead. Outside shoes are not allowed in the studio*
