Salsa Lady Styling

Join our salsa classes in Maidenhead, where you will gain strong technique, confidence and a new community. All classes will focus on footwork (shines), working on a series of steps without a partner, where we develop coordination and balance, understanding of timing, weight shifting, body position and posture, deepening our understanding of the foundations; this will improve your partnerwork and social dancing as well.
