Lady Style

Join our salsa classes in Maidenhead: 4 sessions every month where you will gain strong technique, confidence and a new community. All classes will focus on footwork (shines), working on a series of steps without a partner, where we develop coordination and balance, understanding of timing, weight shifting, body position and posture, deepening our understanding of the foundations; this will improve your partnerwork and social dancing as well. All classes are taught on2 timing (Eddie Torres timing).

February Schedule:

Saturdays from 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Sat 7th - Salsa Shines (Footwork) - Beg/Imp

Sat 14th - Chacha & Boogaloo - Beg

Sat 21th - Salsa Shines (Footwork) - Beg/Imp

Sat 28st - Lady Style - Beg/Imp

These classes are for you if you want to learn salsa dancing and you have no previous dance experience or if you have been dancing salsa on1 and now you are ready for a new challange.

Absolute beginners welcome. No partner needed.

Free Parking on site - the first 11 spots are free, the following ones are reserverved to the staff.

Other parking is available on The Crescent road

*Please wear comfy clothes and salsa dancing shoes. If you don't have dancing shoes yet, please use socks instead. Outside shoes are not allowed in the studio*
